Q. How does the service work?
A. Simply fill out the registration form, call, or email Precision Fleet services with all the pertinent information (name, contact info, method of pay- ment, desired delivery date, etc.) and we start working for you. Locating your vehicle and arranging the transaction usually takes 2-3 days. Once everything is in place we deliver your new vehicle to you, complete the paperwork and take your trade in if you have one. It’s that easy.

Q. Why use an auto broker?
A. The two most expensive things most people purchase are their automobiles and their homes. When you’re buying a home, you hire a real estate agent to handle all of the details, ask the right questions, and negotiate the best price. Same thing applies when buying a car. An auto broker will do all these things, making sure nothing is missed, and insuring the transactions taking place are in the CUSTOMERS best interest.

Q. Will I save money going through Precision Fleet Services?
A. Yes. Because we deal in volume, our fleet and wholesale contacts sell vehicles to us at much lower prices than they do to the general public. We then pass the savings on to our customers.

Q. Can I buy a pre-owned vehicle through Precision Fleet Services?
A. Yes. We deal in all years, makes and models.

Q. Is my new vehicle’s factory warranty effected by Precision Fleet Services involvement in my purchase?
A. No. Although we handle the delivery and paperwork, the title transfers directly from the dealership to you, and all manufacturers’ warranties still apply.

Q. Do I still receive the rebates or incentives advertised by the manufacturers?
A. Yes. You are entitled to all manufacturer and dealer incentives available on the model you choose.

Q. Does Precision Fleet Services handle trade-ins?
Yes. We do not allow the dealerships to determine the value of your trade. We obtain bids on your current vehicle from independent sources, getting you the best value.

Can I order my new vehicle through Precision Fleet Services?
A. Yes. Quite often, ordering your vehicle can save you even more money.

Q. Can Precision Fleet Services negotiate finance and lease rates for me?
A. Yes. We have several banks and leasing companies in our network. We will find the best rates and programs available to you regardless of credit, including all manufacturers’ advertisements.
